I found a drunk guy sleeping under a bench in the wooded area of my apartment complex. I tried to wake him up, but couldn't. He was still breathing. Another lady saw him as she was walking by for her morning walk. We both went to the office to get help, but only the cleaning staff was there. I called and left a message with the complex office. Hopefully, they can get someone to help!
